Escape Hybrid Gas Mileage

The hybrid version of Escape achieves the best combined gas mileage rating in its class; it also offers a driving experience similar to that of the conventional SUVs.

However, this does come on a compromise with its price. Yes, Escape hybrid has a high sticker price tag.

Let’s look at the Ford Escape Hybrid gas mileage figures of 2011 and 2012 versions in the following sections.

The EPA estimates for fuel economy of this model reveal that it can achieve a mileage of 27/30 mpg in city/highways with all-wheel drive, while the front-wheel drive models pep up this figure to 31/34 mpg, which is the leading combined gas mileage, offered in its class.

The gas mileage figures of the 2012 edition remains the same as that of its predecessor. The upscale technology features and class-leading fuel economy are the aspects of the 2012 version that have impressed the reviewers a lot.

Many customers are also ready to sacrifice utility for its high fuel efficiency, though at a higher investment.
